[FOSS4G2016] press attendance

Hi PR&M,

Do we already have idea how to engage the press representatives?
Do they have unlimited free entrance? (I suppose so)

Our Dutch local press hero Remco Takken (of GIS Magazine, 3000 copies) 
is willing to travel to Bonn, in order to make a main stories with 2 
perspectives:
1. the formal side: what are the impressions by the talks, keynotes etc.
2. the informal side: what's the impression of the gatherings of the 
tribes at "3 days of FOSS4G, data and applications"
