[FOSS4G2016] press attendance

Hi,
yes, creating a dedicated press at foss4g2016.org email address makes
sense. Maybe make it an alias/forward to Timo's and Monika's mail
addresses (if they would accept that). Otherwise give Timo full access
and allow him to mail from that address too.

Other thoughts on this?
