[FOSS4G2016] Single day pass for speakers

At Volker Till

I appreciate Till's frugalness but also feel we could accommodate speakers a bit more (not all are reimbursed by their employers and actually shell out personal money).
But I have no reference here in budget terms.

Perhaps if Torsten sends out a intermediate summary of income and costs (actually comfirmed versus budgeted) then we all may be able to understand Till's reasoning. And be able to assess whether reimbursements, rebates, day passes etc are yes/no to be considered.
Transparency helps in these matters.

Torsten/Till ???
