Hi Franz-Josef,

great! Please tell the invited persons, that they have the possibility 
to still book under early bird conditions. They should register in the 
reg-system without booking and then contact us (info at foss4g2016.org). 
The only restriction is, that they then have to pay by invoice.

In order to have a possibility to check, we need a list of the invited 
- ;-)
