They have a unique number. Just click on them. They got "1000" added in
Frab (compared to the proposal system), the Academic Track as "1500"
added compared to their numbers.

I don't know exactly who made the initial draft. It was sent around by
till quite some time ago. So I guess it needs to be discussed with him.

I've asked Till, he told me that Dirk's talk will be a different one,
hence I kept it in the program.

In the plenary chamber there should be the talk that most people want to
hear (due to our space limitations in other rooms). I haven't found any
other session where I really thought it must be in the plenary chamber.

Hence I sticked to my original plan and dared to put my own talk into
the plenary chamber. Therefore this session is there :)

I thought that more people would be interested in PostGIS. It's really
not about the significance of talks, it's about where we think people
will go. Though I didn't always stick to it, e.g. for the open source
introduction talks. But we can also move those somewhere else if we feel
like we need room for talks that attract more people.
