[FOSS4G2017] New site and logo voting for FOSS4G Boston 2017

Hello everyone,

The Boston LOC is proud to announce that we have set up a landing page:
2017.foss4g.org

On this page is information about joining our public email list and a link
to our logo contest entries which we are gathering votes from the community
to help the LOC choose the winner.

We also have links to the FOSS4G Bonn 2016 and FOSS4G-NA Raleigh 2016
pages. As an LOC we will do our best to promote these current events in our
channels until it is appropriate for us begin our own outreach. I am very
excited to be attending the 2016 and 2016-NA events and hope to meet more
of the community there.

I am looking forward to having more announcements in the near future about
dates and event details, but will be posting those to the foss4g2017 list
only, so sign up if you are interested.
