We need to come up with a blurb for the registration website and the homepage, provide a space at the conference venue about the size of a poster session, and organize some hardware to display pictures on. We need someone to receive the artwork, I guess that would be me, for a few hours on the first day. We need a few prizes and for the first year we'll do judging by committee, so we need a couple people to be judges. And then we need an announcement at opening ceremony to tell people about the map gallery and one at closing ceremony to announce winners. Should be it.
