[Francophone] Le journal de l'OSGeo est disponible

Si nous somme assez nombreux cela peut valoir le coup, et je suis prêt à 
prendre ma part ; mais 71 pages à traduire il faut du monde !

On peut toujours créer une page dans le wiki et lister les personnes prêtes à 
prendre un petit bout.
