Je vous signale le site http://www.qgis.be/ géré par Richard
Duivenvoorde, qui a récemment activé la version française. Il m'a
proposé de traduire les articles, mais mon français est un peu hors
forme (spécialement les termes SIG techniques) :)

Les intéressé[e]s peuvent écrire à Richard pour proposer leurs
traductions ou des articles en français.
