Highlights:
  o Michael Gerlek added to committee (as swag sales guru)
  o We will split the sponsorship proposal into a marketting focused
    "all to the foundation" fork, and a more development/user focused
    "partly project directed" fork.  DaveM will develop the first, and me
    the second.
