[fusion-dev] svn fixed (?)

Devs,

we've moved the existing SVN aside and reimported the original one.  I  
took a patch from the existing one and applied it to the new one.   
Everything in trunk should now be where it was with the addition of  
the missing revisions from DMSG before the move.

So trunk should now be good.  We are going to test a couple of things  
and then create the fusion-1.0 branch from trunk HEAD and cut a 1.0.4  
release from that.  We've mangled up previous versions and the branch  
history badly at this point so I think it is worth just moving on and  
starting from fresh.

Alan, you will need to sync your sandbox with HEAD again.
