 Since it happens on all of my apps, I've made a quick one that you can
 have access to:

 [http://fredericton.gemtec.ca/mapguide/fusion/templates/mapguide/maroon/index.html?ApplicationDefinition=Library://test.ApplicationDefinition]

 If you need to log in, just use Anonymous (no password)....Note that you
 can't use the "Zoom out" tool, and if you try to change the scale to a
 larger number, it just reverts back to the max number it wants to put
 there...
