Comment:

 I have added options for configuring all jxlib text strings into jxlib
 objects included in the latest version that Zak committed.  This should
 make it possible to localize these strings.  It is probably required to
 make the actual changes in the respective mapguide templates as things
 like panels and splitters are not managed by Fusion but rather by the
 application code itself.  I am closing this bug and creating one in
 MapGuide OS trac for modifying the mapguide templates themselves.
