 1. Open the FWL from oracle feature source in a browers window.[[BR]]
 2. Click Feature Information[[BR]]
 3. Click the Polygon button in the Feature Information window[[BR]]
 4. Digitize a polygon. [[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 Result: Exception Window appears (.Net framework error)
