Folks,

I have prepared a new incremental release of OpenEV_FW. This includes
current cuts of OpenEV and GDAL from CVS and upgrades to PROJ 4.4.5 (really
the current CVS version).

This cut also includes the gcps2wld.py script, and a gcps2wld.bat file for
generating world files from datasets with GCPs ... my real reason for preparing
this release.
