[Gdal-dev] Shapelib moved

Folks,

I have removed gdal/frmts/shapelib from the GDAL source tree.  If you are
getting warnings when you do a cvs update, you may need to do a
"rm -rf frmts/shapelib".

Shapelib is now hosted in it's own CVS tree, and the web site is
hosted at http://shapelib.maptools.org/.  I will continue to maintain
a copy of a few files in gdal/ogr/ogrsf_frmts/shape but these will be a
clone of the master, and should not be updated directly.
