[Gdal-dev] JPEG2000 driver updated to JasPer 1.700.2

Hi, folks,

I have updated JPEG2000 driver today and now JasPer 1.700.2 required for
compiling GDAL with JasPer based JPEG2000 support.

IMPORTANT NOTE: you cannot use upstream JasPer library from its website
because of bug in the code. You must take modified version here:

ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/gdal/jasper-1.700.2.uuid.tar.gz

This modified version also contains important additions required for
supporting GeoJP2 extension. Saving and reading projection information and
georeferencing possible with this version only.
