[Gdal-dev] Negative values returned by GetRasterYSize()

Frank,
A thousand apologies. It was getting late and I was chasing my own tail.
I have just looked at it again and realised that I had left in an old
hack to handle some images with bad transforms. I had forgotten all
about it.
Mea culpa.
