[Gdal-dev] Mysterious "geod_datum.csv"

Err, ahh ...

This appears to have been a mistake in the upgrade to EPSG 6.2.2.  I have
modified gt_wkt_srs.cpp to use datum.csv instead of geod_datum.csv now.
