[Gdal-dev] ECW support

Is there a configuration option I can set to use ECWs with the windows
binary install of OpenEV 1.60, or do I need to compile this support in?

As I don't have a compiler on Windows and ECWs aren't supported on Linux the
second option is bad for me :{

hmmm while I'm asking, is it the same for JPEG2000 support?
