I: [Gdal-dev] Patching after configure

Alessandro,

Ooops. I meant to send this to the DarwinPorts list. But it's good to  
know the next version won't require a patch.  Is there an ETA for the  
next version? I might just wait.

p.s. FYI, DarwinPorts is the Apple version of the BSD ports system.  
It's similar to  Fink.
