[Gdal-dev] GDAL Utilities Documentation

Related yet totally different question.
Has anyone tried to extract and georeference the image out of any of
the online versions of FAA flight sectional charts. That is to strip
the border and warp if necessary.

What would be the correct sequence of events? I don't know Python So I
would prefer a non-python method if possible.

Perhaps I missed it in the documentation, but is it possible to
georeference a raw image to an EPSG coordinate system, based on a text
file with control points?
