[Gdal-dev] Shapefile and NULL Values

I try to export a PG table with some NULL values with ogr2ogr. ogr2ogr
doesn't export these NULL values correct. The resulting shapefile is
corrupt. Does there exist any limitation with respect the handling of NULL
values??
