[Gdal-dev] NetCDF and HDF4 interface - is it possible?

Is it possible to build GDAL interfaces with both NetCDF and HDF4 in a 
single instance?  If so, what's the trick?  I'm using the latest of 
each, (NetCDF 3.6.0 and HDF4.2 r0).
