[Gdal-dev] 2 point raster transformation.

Can anyone hint me in on the parameters to use if you want to do a simple
2 point transformation of a raster?

I know the x/y offsets, scaling factor and rotation. I think I know how to
pass the offsets and scaling but I cannot find how to pass a simple
rotation. Below I have listed out the values I am working with and at the
end of each line the parameter I think it is associated with.

Scale factor= 1.000202(+k)
Rotation D=0.0 M=34.856971 S=1.000202
XO=-1398448.885932(+x_0)
YO=-3373479.003395(+y_0)
