[Gdal-dev] Link errors with Ilwis in MS dotnet SDK

Jacob,

You can disable the ilwis driver by editing the makefile.vc in the 
frmts directory and removing the -DFRMT_ilwis variable in the 
EXTRAFLAGS line.
