Reinaldo,

I don't know if that is the cause but installing VC under a directory
with blanks in the name (e.g. your "Arquivos de programas\Microsoft Visual Studio")
is a very risky choice. We know that it 'wants' to be installed in similar
directories but it's good practice to not allow it to do so.
