[Gdal-dev] pcraster fix, was: gdal-1.3.1 on FreeBSD 4 fails to build

Hi all,

I have dumbed down pcrasterutil.cpp so it should compile now for gcc 
2.95. It is checked in gdal CVS.
If anyone is experiencing problems with our driver please tell and we 
will repair ASAP at our best.
