[Gdal-dev] gdalinfo.exe problem

Copy those dll's from the srsid lib dir into the gdal/apps dir, or add
them to your path.

I tried running gdalinfo.exe from command line, but I get the following
error:

This application failed to start because lti_dsdk_dll.dll was not found.
Re- installing the application may fix this problem.

What's in lti_dsdk_dll.dll? Can I simply obtain this dll and copy it to
a 
certain directory? If yes, where do I get it and where do I copy it to?
