[Gdal-dev] Using CreateCopy() with ENVI data

Frank,

I updated the CreateCopy() in gdaldriver.cpp to include the copying of
category names.
And I updated the ENVI driver to write the category names and colors to
the header file. This required some refactoring of the ENVI driver.
