[Gdal-dev] Arc Binary Coverages

Hi all,

Speaking as a user, I'd be delighted to have ArcLibrarian support, 
though regions are more important, for us that is.

The ./info directory is shared for all coverages and grids in the 
workspace, I would think that treating the workspace as the master data 
container would lead to less problems in the long run -- because then 
the mental (and application) model will more closely align with the source.
