Ari,

I am not aware of any conflict.

However, it seems quite possible that there might be some conflicting
symbols between the Gtk libraries and GRASS especially because they
both have the habit of prefixing stuff with g_ to make them "unique".

I am not sure how one would go about isolating such a problem.
