Silly questions...

You are mention that you have committed a change in 
CVS, you are also asking me to do some tests on that. I would be glad to
do it but where can a get the source. With CVS do you mean
http://cvs.maptools.org/query.cgi? Can I get some source code to
recompile there?

I suspect this problem is a C# swig binding issue.  You should
likely file a bug on it.

I have reviewed the code and I see there is no implementation
of DeleteFeature() for the OCI driver.  I have committed one in
CVS and would appreciate it if you could test it.  I should add
I haven't been able to even try compiling it since I am not booted
into the system with oracle at this time.
