A dirty fix is to remove PostgreSQL tests completely:

1. Open configure.in (not configure) and delete lines 240:294.
2. Run ./autogen.sh to regenerate configure script from configure.in
3. Run ./configure and see if it works

NOTE: edit ./configure.in, but not ./configure
