[Gdal-dev] GML reading

Hi,

I'm testing ogr2ogr's GML reading capabilities (with PostGIS output).

I wonder if ogr2ogr has some contraints reading of GML (besides only GML 2.0 
support), because it won't read the GML from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geography_Markup_Language#Features_using_geometries
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geography_Markup_Language#Point_Profile

however 
http://www.geotools.org/display/GEOTOOLS/GMLDataStore
is read successfully.

It could be that the two first ones aren't valid GMLs, but I'm not able to 
validate that. Well, that's partly true, 
http://cite.occamlab.com/gmlTools/validateInstance.jsp, tells me that neither 
of the GMLs are perfect.

Any thoughts?
