[Gdal-dev] FWTools 1.0.5 Released

Folks,

I have prepared FWTools 1.0.5 binaries for Windows and Linux.  In addition
to the usual bug fixes and new features tracked from CVS, I have also:

  o Updated to GEOS 3.0.0rc1
  o Enabled GEOS support in MapServer (as well as OGR).
  o Enabled MrSID support (on Windows) by default, as opposed to as a plugin.

Due to a DNS glitch, the downloads should be at:

   http://iweb.gdal.org/dl/fwtools/FWTools105.exe             (Windows)
   http://iweb.gdal.org/dl/fwtools/FWTools-linux-1.0.5.tar.gz (Linux)

I hope to include MrSID support in the Linux builds in the future too, but
I didn't feel up to trying to deal with the gcc version issues this implies
at this time.
