[Gdal-dev] Some documentation

I wrote some documentation on the software I've developed. I boldly gave
it the title "Perl for geoinformatics".

This is perhaps a bit off-topic for gdal-dev, but the software rests on
its solid foundation (and its bit shaky Swig/Perl interface) and,
judging myself, shows some nifty tools.

The page is http://map.hut.fi/PerlForGeoinformatics/ and no, it is not a
wiki, it just uses a css stolen from a wiki site. It is one page (7
pages printed) but it has links to other files on http://map.hut.fi/
such as the man pages of the gdal module and other modules like
Geo::Raster, Gtk2::Ex::Geo. I also included the screenshots of the
dialog boxes I recently developed for Gtk2::Ex::Geo. I think this
dialog: http://map.hut.fi/PerlForGeoinformatics/OGROpen.png could be
especially interesting for OGR users. It's documented in the main page.

Since I finally got something written, I'm thinking this is something
I'll build on. I mean that this seems to be a better start for what I
tried to produce for the freegisbook.

Cheers,

Ari
