[Gdal-dev] DODS and GDAL and Windows

Ah - I found the problem.  If anyone wants to build this on windows be
sure compile with the /GR flag - for those dynamic_casts.  I can submit
my win32 makefile if there's any interest.  

The images also come in flipped across the x axis, but that's easy to
repair.  Also, gdal_translate occasionally crashes, but I haven't pinned
down and exact steps to reproduce.

This looks fine to me. What version of libdap are you using?
