Martin,

Sorry about that, there was a temporary problem with FWTools not including
the PGeo driver.  You might get it going back to:

  http://www.gdal.org/dl/fwtools/FWTools100a9.exe
or
  http://www.gdal.org/dl/fwtools/FWTools100a8.exe

I plan to issue an FWTools 1.0.0 shortly that will include it.
