[Gdal-dev] Windwos CE note

Hi,

To all of Windows CE port users.
Currently, in the CVS, GDAL port for Windows CE is not compilable due to
latest changes.
I have it fixed partially but some features are still missing.
Everything will be working well back for GDAL 1.4.0.
Also new features and GDAL drivers will be included.

So, please wait with testing and using GDAL port for Windows CE
till next release GDAL 1.4.0, in the middle of December.
