[Gdal-dev] libgeotiff in gdal and csv files

I notice that the libtiff built into gdal 1.3.1 by default does not seem 
to have the csv file support included.

As I need one of the projections in pcs.csv, what is the recommended 
prcedure for including this support with the builtin libgeotiff ?

Or, should I just build with an external libgeotiff that I know has the 
proper support included ?

BTW, I'm building on windoze ;-(
