[Gdal-dev] ADRG

I'm successfully fetching an image from ADRG using the OGDI bridge with 
gdal_translate. However, I don't see how to retrieve the individual 
source graphics that were scanned in composing the ADRG or the legend 
images associated with each source graphic. Is there a way to get these 
also via the bridge?

Also, the link to the programmer's reference PDF on the web page at  
http://ogdi.sourceforge.net is broken...
