[gdal-dev] some misc utilities for gdal

I have created a few miscellaneous utilities that may be of general use.
The package can be downloaded from this page:

There are six utilities included.  There is a DEM shaded relief
renderer, and landsat pan sharpening script, an outline tracer / corner
finder, and a few others.  The outline tracer will find data regions of
a raster and output a shape in WKT format.

These utilities all link to the GDAL library for image reading.  They
are designed to compile on Unix systems but if someone can get it
working in Windows let me know.
