[gdal-dev] RFC 18: OGR Style Support in C API

Hi GDAL dev's,

I just created a last minute RFC for the addition of functions to the C 
API to manipulate Style information in GDAL/OGR 1.5.0:

I realize that we are past the RFC freeze, but Frank (as release 
manager) as agreed to make an exception to let this RFC in past the 
deadline because it is not disruptive and fills an important need for 
OGR C API users.

I'll leave the RFC open for discussion until tomorrow and if no blocker 
comments come up then we'll call for a vote tomorrow in order to have 
this in before beta2.
