[Gdal-dev] SDE support in FWtools 2.0.3 win?

Hi!

How do I enable SDE 9.x support in FWtools 2.0.3 for windows? I'm trying to
use ogr2ogr to load some data from SDE to PostGIS. Due to the large data
size (approx 13GB)  a shapefile can't be used as an intermediate storage.
