[Gdal-dev] compiled GDAL files don't work

Hi
 
I did exactly as explained on http://vterrain.org/Distrib/gdal.html and i finally managed to compile everything
It just doesn't work. I tried the gdalwarp.exe but even when i call it using only -h it just crashes.....
 
Can anyone help me with that?
