[Gdal-dev] JasPer UUID enabled library updated to version 1.900.0

Folks,

I just ported the UUID patch (required to read and write georeferenced
JPEG2000 files) to latest version of the JasPer library (1.900.0). The
new version available here:

 ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/gdal/jasper-1.900.0.uuid.tar.gz

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is only for those who use CVS version of GDAL. Users of 1.4.0 GDAL
release should continue with old JasPer:

 ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/gdal/jasper-1.701.0.uuid.tar.gz

Sorry for inconvenience, I just realized that there is a new JasPer
available, so there was no time to do this before 1.4.0.
