Thank for your response, i tried your suggestion by using this code:
driver.Create(@"\vsimem\test.tif", ...)
but i got an exception System.ApplicationException: 
TIFFOpen:\vsimem\test.tif: No such file or directory)

Is there any plan to integrate this feature for c#?
Do you have other suggestions?
