[Gdal-dev] How to read multiple segments in NITF image

I have a sample NITF image file with 4 image segments.
I believe they are four portions of a large image. How
do I read them into an image buffer and display them
all together as one large image? Any GDAL support for
this?

My sample file ns3361c.nsf is from 
http://ismc.nga.mil/ntb/baseline/software/TESTFILE/Nitfv2_1/scen_2_1.html
