With subversion installed:
svn co http://svn.osgeo.org/gdal/trunk/gdal gdal
cd gdal/swig/java

(this is just to locate them, depending on your operating system you'll
have to follow different instructions to actually build gdal/ogr and 
then the bindings, look into the online docs for directions).
